The BlueMissionAA project’s kick-off meeting was held on November 23, in Cork, organized back to back with the Mission “Restore our Ocean and Waters by 2030”: an Atlantic-Arctic lighthouse event, which took place on November 24-25.

The meeting brought together all work package leaders, as well as several actors and key partners involved in the mission. 
The agenda included the presentation and discussion on the overviews, objectives, and key outputs of the project’s six work packages:

WP1 – Building a mission governance and implementation architecture in the Atlantic and Arctic; 
WP2 – Monitoring and Reporting;
WP3 – Innovation Support Systems;
WP4 – Transfer Support Systems;
WP5 – Citizen Engagement and Knowledge Transfer;
WP6 – Project Coordination. 

Participants had the opportunity to organize their work scope and present their tasks and goals to all the collaborators, setting the tone for the coming years.
