Daniel Silva

I3-4-SEAWEED

Daniel Silva has a MSc in Management of Science, Technology and Innovation and is a senior project manager with a robust background in project management and innovation. Currently, he works at F6S as a project manager, coordinating the I3-4-SEAWEED project and leading F6S participation in other 3 EU projects taking the role of FSTP manager, WP leader and as business advisor. His expertise includes report writing, project planning, analytical skills, handling multiple projects, and time management.

Ellie Shtereva

Ellie Shtereva is a Project Manager at F6S. She is responsible for the development of acceleration
programmes, innovation and exploitation activities of large-scale international projects. For the past 8 years her focus lies on innovation projects supporting research commercialisation, startups market uptake and SMEs growth. Ellie has an MSc in International and European Governance from Leiden University (the Netherlands) and a BSc in Political Science from Sofia University (Bulgaria).

Oriane Georges

SUNDANSE

Oriane Georges is a Marine cientist and Bio-industries Engineer dedicated to environmental preservation. She has been working for the past few years on R&D&I EU projects related to marine, environmental, and ecosystems restoration as a Project Manager, Communication Manager, Work Package leader, and Open Call Manager within Blue economy sectors.

Josipa Arapović

Baltic Muppets

Josipa Arapović is a Project Manager at F6S, where she leads international EU projects focused on agriculture, climate change adaptation. She is responsible for the development of acceleration programmes, innovation and exploitation activities of large-scale international projects. With over five years of experience, Josipa has worked on various projects funded by Horizon Europe, LIFE, and other international programs. She holds a Master’s degree in Agribusiness and Rural Development from the University of Zagreb and has pursued studies in Agro- and Ecosystems Engineering at KU Leuven, Belgium.

Catarina Reis

Catarina Reis is a Project Manager at F6S, where she leads international projects focused on different domains such as blue economy, climate change adaptation, water ecosystems restoration, circular economy, Cyber-Physical Systems and IoT, among others. She is responsible for managing FSTP
programmes, development of acceleration and mentoring programmes, innovation and exploitation activities of large-scale international projects. With over ten years of experience, Catarina has successfully led initiatives under various projects funded by Horizon2020, Horizon Europe, Interreg, and other international programs. She also has experience in writing project applications to EU-funded Programmes, and helping in the coaching and mentoring for innovation and internationalization of SMEs and Startups. Catarina holds a Master Degree in Energy and Bioenergy from the Faculty of Science and
Technology, University NOVA Lisbon.

André Garcia Vieira de Sá

ADT4Blue

André Sá is an adjunct professor at the Polytechnic University of Guarda (IPG) and director of the Surveying Engineering degree course. In addition to his academic roles, he is also the coordinator of the Collaborative Laboratory in Intelligent Logistics (LogIN CoLAB), where he leads initiatives and projects focused on innovative solutions in intelligent logistics.
As a representative of IPG, André Sá participates in the ADT4Blue, a project dedicated to implementing advanced digital technologies in the context of the blue economy.
He has a degree in Geospatial Engineering and a PhD in Geospatial Sciences. In 2017, he co-founded Teromovigo – Earth Innovation, a company focused on the research and development of innovative solutions in the field of Geomatics and Geoinformatics.

Joanna Makocka

SHORE

Joanna Makocka is a Project Manager at F6S, where she leads international projects focused on the blue economy, climate change, and cloud computing.
She has extensive expertise in funding mechanisms for diverse stakeholders, legal aspects of funding and contracting, as well as exploitation. With a decade of experience in international project management, she has successfully led initiatives under Horizon Europe, bridging the gap between
science, business, and innovation. Joanna holds a Master’s degree in Law, an LL.M in European Legal Studies, and a postgraduate degree in psychology.
